Born Inside the

Community education and peer support that build knowledge, confidence, and connections.
- Rights & entitlements education
- System navigation support
- Peer mentoring programmes
Lived-experience-informed training for front line and community workers.
- Cultural competency training

Dignity Partnership delivers tailored, lived-experience-led team-building activities for residents in IPAS accommodation centres. Our interactive workshops improve resident-staff communication, support residents to live a positive and hopeful lifestyle despite challenging circumstances, and foster a more inclusive, connected atmosphere in each centre.
"The activities today have helped me understand how to build relationships and networks gradually. I used to think it is the responsibility of the host community to build relationships, but now I understand that relationships are built gradually, and on both sides." - Participants from Athy
Breaking Down Barriers to Inclusion
New communities face barriers to inclusion β complex systems, unclear information, and cultural misunderstandings. Host communities and front line workers need better ways to build trust and provide effective support.
